More hats and a big WIP finished

 Well, the hats are coming along nicely so my target is in sight. Yay

Got a bit side tracked when I was looking for some purple yarn, but so worth it as I managed to finish my second Halloween blanket, which makes a nice gap in my WIP box.

  

More Baby Hats

 More hats done, now counting 40 but boxed some up before taken a photo.

These thunderstorms are a great excuse to sit and knit. Sorting the stash yarn at the same time Happy knitting days. 

Heatwave never stops the knitting

Gosh it has been a while since I posted here, I have missed my little notes.

It has been pretty warm of late, but I still found some cool time to get these baby hats done ready for the colder weather. My box is getting nice and full now.

It has been a great time to sort out loads of small amounts of yarn and put together in little bags with a pattern, ready to add to the pile of growing hats once knitted up.

My target is around a hundred by November, wish me luck.

Spring has arrived.

 So lovely seeing all the daffodils flowering around the gardens and streets. Makes that daily walk for exercise so much brighter.

Two new babies arriving soon, so what better time than now to knit some bonnets in lovely spring colours. 

 

Still need to knit warm things.

 Knitted these two lovely neck warmers last week. The weather is so chilly still it is nice to have a bright cheerful colour to wrap up warm with.

I love neck warmers for when your driving in the car, as you don't get the long length trying to wrap around out the way while driving. These are so quick and easy to do and are great for popping on.

Now apart from shopping and a walk, it would be nice to get out more, hopefully it will be soon, or at least by autumn to wear again.

Where there is hearts there is hope

 My thoughts for February are hopes that things will get better for everyone.

So off course some Heart knitting had to be done. 

Mitten knitting for January

 Well it has been cold enough for these for sure. Had some fun getting them done and trying new colours. 

The cinnamon pair is beautiful but the colour is not showing as gorgeous as it.
